I came across Eurotech Car Care Center after a dealership service department provided me an obviously disproportionate and wildly outrageous quote. Eurotech performed the same inspection and provided photos and explanations for each type or required repair for my vehicle. This transparency and attention to detail; their concern for the consumer and honesty, convinced me that they are one of the last few honest shops left in the Killeen area. Working with my extended warranty carrier, providing a loaner vehicle, remaining in contact and addressing concerns, all while staying within the quoted price point was amazing, and refreshing. Once the work was completed, they have continued to remain in contact to address any outstanding concerns, and offer information about the services they provided. A huge shout out to Chris and Charles. They are a dynamic team that represents Eurotech well. Their technicians deserve praise for their knowledge and care for the car and the customers.
