Dan provided great customer service! My vehicle was completed earlier than expected and it even came with a video of the work that was completed. I also appreciated the clean waiting area. I will be back, 5 star for sure!

Fantastic experience with scheduling for a diagnostic for cooling. Clean office- as a mechanics daughter this was actually pretty strange not to smell motor oil even in the office but it was very nice smelling. Everyone was friendly. Diagnostic was detailed but estimate came separate. The labor costs were literally double the high rate for a mechanics labor in the area, they were not knowing that I am from a family of mechanics at any point and might have been attempting to take advantage of it, this is based on the fact that I was quoted 2300+ on the labor line item for a max 8 hour repair. Outright I might be willing to pay the upped a little bit parts, but the labor upping was too much for me. Starting point soured my desire to even negotiate with the business. End of the day I didn't like the vibe, we took it elsewhere for the repairs but I was happy with the diagnostic summary and it was worth the price paid for how well done it is ! (they provide photos and everything) . Beautiful diagnostic summary , i would have liked to see estimates without having to first give feedback.
