It all started when I took my Volvo XC 60 to the dealership for a routine service, but I also mentioned that my AC was not blowing cold air. They called me back and told me that my evaporator went out and it would cost $4000 to replace. I immediately called Eurotech Car Care and relayed the information from the Volvo dealership. They took my car in the very next day, diagnosed it, and told me that it did not need a new evaporator—it simply needed to be recharged. This reduced the cost by $3700. They were very professional, extremely genuine, and caring. I was also undergoing some very personal tragedies and, when I explained my situation because I was crying, they were so comforting and graceful that I just fell in love with this company.
