The interaction started off very pleasant, and communication was on point. However, once my vehicle was being worked on, communication was not as seamless as it had been initially. Overall, it was a good experience, but clearer communication and an acknowledgment or apology for the lapse would have made it even better.

I had a thermostat and radiator hose replacement because of a leak, and also did an oil change. The staff was great and even took care of a minor issue immediately. Prices were reasonable for a BMW and the care runs great.

I took my GLB 35 in for an A0 service. I went on a Saturday morning and it was pretty busy, however Dan was courteous and quick on getting me in. I was pleased with the service. Cost is VERY reasonable compared to taking it to Mercedes Service.
