Brought our 2008 BMW 3.35i in for coolant leak. Kyle took care of that problem and found other issues that needed remedying. He sent me pictures of the problems and an estimate for each issue. The repairs were made and then some for the estimate and was finished ahead of the projected time. I could not be more pleased with their service and will make the 2.5hr trip again if need be to Killeen to have them work on our BMW. They have my full 100% recommendation. What a great experience!

The service i received exceeded my expectations! The service advisor Craig remembered my name, I was greeted upon entry. They were all very professional! Facility super clean and impressive. When I received the diagnostic via email with photos attached I was literally blown away! My vehicle had only gone to the dealership since purchased. Wasn't very pleased with the last few visits. Going to Eurotech was the Absolute best decision that I've made in regards to my service repairs. Well done Eurotech! You've gained an additional permanent customer! Thank you!

I brought my BMW X5 in for a service back in December and received a detailed full colored with pictures of their complete inspection. As I was leaving, the guy at the front desk told me my vehicle was coding for a water pump. I dismissed it. A couple of months later, I had an alternator installed and new battery. There was a parasitic drain and I took it to the dealership. Those guys changed out my DME (computer) and then said it was my key. They ordered another key and programmed it and found out that was not the issue either. Finally after throwing many darts at the wall, they found out it was the water pump not turning off when the car was off. This place is better than the stealership, their maintenance guys are far superior than the BMW people. Trust them, follow their guidance, you will not be disappointed!!!

I'm picky as to where I take my Porsche for service and the nearest place is Austin so I went to Eurotech on the basis of a friend's recommendation.I'm very pleased with the customer service and the knowledge of the techs.They even provide pictures of their work.Thanks to Craig and Jobbye for the great job.

Wow - what a pleasure to have my SUV checked out before I purchased her. I live out of state (approx 1300 miles from Killeen) and needed to make sure the SUV was "a ok". After searching via Google nearby mechanics to where the SUV I was interested in ( Automax Ford (Killeen)) I called the first one on my list, Eurotech. Kyle spent extra time on the phone understanding my situation and detailing the service they would provide before I purchased the SUV. Now, even though the SUV is domestic I felt confident with Kyle's knowledge and personal experience with domestic cars. Kyle, Francisco and Lewis did a complete inspection and did not find any problems whatsover. Lucky me. I am very grateful for this team and if I am ever in the area I will be sure to stop by and personally thank them!
