Chose to use an independent shop to do the B service on my wife’s 2017 C300 and I’m glad I did. It was a better experience than I had with MB. The work was completed in the less time than I expected. Craig was very polite and professional. It exceeded my expectations. Plus the electronic service report is a nice feature. Cost was less that what the dealer charges. We will use this shop for all future services.
