Took my BMW X5 for break service and was very pleased. Kyle was exceptionally professional, kind, and welcoming. I felt at ease right away and the facility was very clean and well maintained. Furthermore, when my ride fell through, Kyle put me in a courtesy car, an Audi A4 at no charge. From the phone call, to when I step through the front door, to picking up my car. Eurotech went above and beyond with their extra attention to detail and care for customers. I also love the intuitive inspection report with real time photos of your vehicle well being and issues. It’s one thing to have a shop suggest your lower struts arms need replacing, when they actually show proof and pictures. This really help build the trust with an auto shop. Highly Recommend!
